Assistant Professor of Management Jennifer Tosti-Kharas coauthored, with Caryn Conley of Florida Atlantic University, "Crowdsourcing Content Analysis for Managerial Research," which was published as the lead article in Management Decision's special issue on "New Qualitative Research Methodologies in Management."

From the abstract: This paper evaluates the effectiveness of a novel method for performing content analysis in managerial research – crowdsourcing, a system where geographically-distributed workers complete small, discrete tasks via the Internet for a small amount of money.
