Paul Glanting, M.A.

Paul Glanting oversees all operations for the Lam Family College of Business Career Services & Professional Development office, including career advising, employer relations, event management, and experiential learning initiatives. During his tenure, he has developed internship programs and career-based fellowships in industries including commercial real estate, venture capital, sales, and community banking, creating new pathways for students to gain professional experience and build social capital.

Before becoming Director, Paul taught Business Communication at the Lam Family College of Business and Technical Writing at Foothill College. His research explored communication practices in the skilled trades, and he helped develop courses that integrated writing instruction with vocational and workplace applications.
